The establishment of this company are in line with this development that led to the era of Information Technology. Thus, Y2Z Resources Sdn. Bhd. was established on February 4th, 2016 based on the provisions of the Business Registration Act 1956 under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

In addition, the company has registered with the Ministry of Finance and has been recognized as a Bumiputera Contractor by the Ministry of Finance. Y2Z Resources Sdn. Bhd. also carry out additional activities such as supply of stationery, office furniture, office equipment, sports equipment, sports apparel, souvenirs, gifts, teaching aids, communications equipment and communications. Based on the experience acquired by the owner of the company, especially in information technology, Y2Z Resources Sdn. Bhd. able to move forward with the development of information technology at present.
